FECCIWA believes in strong institutions and leaderships. For that matter, it undergoes capacity strengthening of persons and resources for the accomplishment of its members. The capacity building of Communities and organized groups to strengthen the skills, competencies and abilities of people and communities so they can overcome the causes of their exclusion and suffering and to enhance the abilities that will allow them to achieve measurable and sustainable results. Organizational capacity building is also used by FECCIWA to guide its internal development and activities.
